After spending many years in the red-tape corporate world, Cameron was fed up with feeling trapped in the 9-5 world. She is the type of person if you tell me I can't do something, she want to do it...test the boundaries, can't be limited or trapped, or feel like she is a robot. With the support of my amazing husband and children, She quit my almost 6 figure corporate job and ventured out on my own.
Cameron started Veterans Mark in early 2019 wanting to focus mainly on Veteran-Owned businesses to honor my husband who is a Marine Corps veteran...but she kept getting non-veteran-owned businesses as clients, and mainly solo and micro-businesses, so she rebranded as Needham Solutions - opening up my audience and focus more on the size of the company while still honoring my husband by using his last name - after all, if it wasn't for his support, she would not have any of this anyways!
In July 2019, Cameron made Needham Solutions official by registering with the state and IRS as an LLC and haven't looked back. Sure it is a lot of hard work and some days literally blood sweat and tears, but still worth every moment - "I love what I do so much and it shows through our ALL 5-Star reviews and the great referrals we receive from current and past clients!"
