Kris Boesch is the CEO and Founder of Choose People. The Choose People 360° Culture Audit is based on over 1000 hours of research conducted in collaboration with the Industrial Organizational Psychology Department at Colorado State University. Choose People literally measures, “Do your employees feel good about coming to work?” and evaluates the emotional health of your organization. Emotional health directly correlates to the context and the culture within which your team works. Choose People also offers workshops, training and retreats specifically to improve your workplace culture.

Boesch is a thought leader in the workplace culture space. She is known for her expertise in “How to Create Emotional Intimacy in the Workplace,” a taste of which can be seen in her TEDxMileHigh Talk. She is also the acclaimed author of the book and workbook "Culture Works: How to Create Happiness in the Workplace." She has been featured as a workplace culture expert in Inc., Entrepreneur and Forbes and was just recently named one of the “Top 100 Leadership Speakers for 2018” by Inc. 

Prior to Choose People, Boesch was the CEO of Exodus Moving & Storage. Under her leadership Exodus became the largest mover in Northern Colorado with a turnover rate nearly 40% less than the industry average and a bottom line twice that same average. 

Choose People owns many success stories, including clients who have reduced their voluntary turnover by 22% in one year and others who have gone from being in the top 20% to the top 5% of organizations for workplace culture.
